How long will the Auto Refill System?

The answer varies depending on how much you print. After 10 years of building our systems we have found out that the more you use them the longer they will last. The system will out last most of the printers sold.

 

Is refilling the system messy?

NO! Our Auto Refill System uses easy to fill bottles.

 

Will the Auto Refill System cause damage to the printer?

Keep in mind that the ink in the bottles equal many cartridges and excessive cleaning can fill up the waste container.  If after doing two or three cleanings and the printer still does not print correctly then stop and let it sit for a while.

 

What can I do if the print nozzles are clogged?

Uneven printing, skipping, or no print may suggest clogged print nozzles. If the system has been left, unused or stored for a long period of time, its print nozzles may become blocked with old dried ink. One method is to remove the system and install a new set off cartridges. Do two or three cleanings and then let the printer sit over night and try again the next morning.

 

What is the shelf life of your ink?

The shelf life of an unopened bottle is approximately 2 years. Once a bottle has been opened, the shelf life is only about 1 year. In order to achieve this optimal shelf life, the ink should be stored in an airtight container and not exposed to direct sunlight.
