HP Refillable Cartridges

• Some cartridges do not come with chips.

* Customer should be aware that refillable cartridges are not returnable because of the quality of ink that may be used. If a cartridge is found to be defective it will be replaced at no charge. 30 days from date of purchase.

When our refillable cartridges with COC™ clone chips are first installed the printer will report they are not HP cartridges and give you a scare warning. Click ok and the warning will go away and let you print. The COC chips are very stable not like ARC clone chips. The ink level will report the cartridges are full then the ink level will drop just like an HP original chip. Then once the ink monitor shows all question marks most of the scare warnings will go away. Our Constant On Chips ( COC) will allow you to keep filling the cartridges and print.
