If you get this message on your screen.
“Parts inside your printer are at the end of their service life. See your
printer documentation.”
Our waste pad kit can fix the problem!

Every time the printer cleans the
print head it pumps the excess ink into the pad at the bottom of the
printer. When the printer reaches its ink counter number the printer
will shut down requiring service. This message will appear “Parts
inside your printer are at the end of their service life. See your
printer documentation.” The waste pad will need to be replaced. By
installing our kit the ink will not fill up the waste pad. You will
only need to reset the over flow counter with Epson reset program.
This link is supplied with the kit. |

Here is what most waste pads look like in the bottom of the printer. Some are very small and fill up a lot faster. |

Most Epson printers have a waste tube from the printhead to the waste pad in the bottom of the printer. Every time the printer does a cleaning it pumps the ink onto the waste pad. |

Our waste pad kit has a fitting installed on the hose that will plug into the printers waste tube as shown in the photo. |

The waste bottle will be placed next to the printer. There is a piece of Velcro that will hold it next to the printer. |

Every time the printer does a
cleaning the ink will be pumped into the waste bottle. When the
waste bottle fills up to the label you can remove the bottle and
dump out the waste ink.
NEVER USE THIS INK! |

Warning!
For safe and reliable operation, do not use the software without
installing the waste bottle. The software is intended to reset the
ink pad counters and enable the printer to continue printing after a
"maintenance needed" message, but only after the ink waste bottle is
replaced. If the software utility is used without actually replacing
the ink waste pad bottle there is a great risk of ink spilling out
the printer or causing electrical shorts. There is no warranty expressed or implied with this product.
