The CISS for my Canon MX860 arrived promptly on Jan. 20th; I finally
installed it last evening. Thanks to your thorough printed
instructions ... and some help over the phone with a few questions I
had ... the installation went without a hitch! When I plugged the
printer back in afterward, it "came to life" with no hesitation, and
began printing beautifully! I anticipate good times ahead with my
new ink system, and printing more economical and trouble-free than
ever. Thanks again for your excellent product and even more
excellent customer service, without which even the best products
don't get very far.

Last month I emailed telling you that my CIS was not working all of
a sudden. It was printing streaks and the blue would all of a sudden
stop working but when I cleaned the printhead it would start working
again. Well in the last couple of days it hasn't done any of that
and its printing great again. I think I figured out what was going
on. A friend of mine had some ink that they said was the right kind
of ink for my printer but I don't think it was. I'm finally using
just the ink that I bought from you and that's when it's printing
great again. I will NOT buy anything else from anyone else. I'm so
happy that it's working again because it was starting to annoy me.

I've been refilling cartridges for YEARS and have got pretty good at
it, but with these tiny new CLI-221 and 220 cartridges it's got to
be frustrating to refill so often. Now I am really looking forward
to going the CISS route. From your excellent and informative
website, the testimonials, etc., I have concluded that I'm in for a
very satisfying experience.

I recently bought the CIS for my Canon 5220 and am very impressed. I
do have a suggestion to improve it though and it is simple to add. I
procured a 2" X 6" strip of double stick Velcro and stuck the tank
to the side of the machine. This is an added insurance policy to
avoid spills since this should keep the tank from being
inadvertently tipped over, and it allows me to remove for service or
etc. I would like to see you add this small strip of Velcro to the
the kit. Also can you recommend a 13" wide format printer that
prints great photos and also one you have a CIS for? I really like
my Canon. Awesome prints! I had always used HP until I was sick of
the price of ink. HP is not ruled out as long as I don't have to buy
ink from them. I also don't like switching from the black/color to
photo setup (56 57 58)

Thanks Tom for replying so soon. You were right the yellow ink was
contaminated, and it cleared it self up, on its own. I have had the
CIS system now for over four months in the HP Photosmart D10 series,
and this has been the only, and very minor problem I have had with
it. I am sure I have printed well over 500 pages with your CIS
system, and it is saving a few people a lot of money now. The new
ink you sent me, I think is better than HP's ink in quality, seems
much more brighter, and vivid. Heck, when I make a copy of another
page, even in black, the copy looks better than the original, and
that is not b.s., because I have three HP printers, and all use the
same HP 60 cartridge, so I am able to compare them. Very good

11/29/2011 Thank you for help fixing HP 8500 A plus that would not print after
5-30 min. Documents would get stuck in print que. Fix was explanation point
error code on ink level as you told me. I used up the magenet/red ink. Print
operates great now. FWIW I use your large refillable cartridges. I will order
more ink soon for this printer as well as a Canon You fixed when HP could not. I
have been at WAR with them for 2-3 weeks over new printer that would not print
because of the large cartridges. I did not tell them I was using them. None of
their business. I AM SOON HAPPY NOW!!!! You can use my name as a reference if

I have the HP6500a CIS and am
happy as a pig in .... I don't know who has come up with some of your tools and
products but they are unique. I mean, who would have thought of using a dental
flosser for chip removal or a smashed needle for a pick tool? And the plastic
ship holder was a brainstorm. I popped off ones on a new set of cartridges and
they registered as genuine HP !! Now my question, you say not to overfill the
tanks but since the tanks lay sideways during refilling it's hard to know just
what level the ink should be when standing up. Could you lend some advice in
this respect? I haven't looked at the videos, perhaps I should. Thanks for a
great product. I have been recommending you to people I know or run into (at

I bought a continuous ink supply
system for my HP Photosmart D110 printer about 6 weeks ago but I didn't want to
install it until my currently installed printer cartridges were empty. I just
installed it today and it was SO EASY! I am absolutely AMAZED! It worked
perfectly the first time, which is something that never happened when I refilled
cartridges for this printer. I have a home-based business and I know this system

I ordered the refill kit for my
Canon IP4820. Shipping was very fast but the best part was I used it as
instructed, refilled my first cartridge, and my printer printed a beautiful
picture from the first instant. This is a great product that is easy to use and
really works. I have previously worked as a professional photographer so I'm no

Great news! The printer
is back to full color. I am returning the original unit to you, but I
wanted to tell you what I did.
First, I read the full set of
instructions you sent this time (just like I did with the original).
There were four new pages in this set that had not been in the original
packet, that dealt with priming the cartridge and the printhead. Also new in
this shipment were the white-tipped syringes (I had previously only gotten
one black-tipped syringe with the cleaner). I was tempted to try to
prime the original setup, but decided that it would be best to install the
new one and send you the original one, as they say, un-fooled-around-with,
so you can maybe see what had happened to cause it to stop working.
The re-install went fine, but
the nozzle check showed no yellow. I cleaned again, and still no
yellow.
I performed a priming
operation per your instructions. I withdrew half a syringe of yellow
from the cartridge bottom, then transferred the ink to the black-tipped
syringe, then injected .5 Ml of ink into the printhead. I ran a
cleaning. Still no yellow on the nozzle check.
I repeated the priming
process. After another cleaning and nozzle check, the yellow was back!
I suspect that a priming
operation (or two) on the original system would have worked, had I had the
proper syringes and instructions.
Thanks so very much for your
help! I have recommended your products to friends, because the last
system I bought from you worked flawlessly for years. Now that I have
experienced your superb customer service and your genuine concern for the
performance of your products, I will recommend you all the more, and with
complete confidence!

request. The problem seems to have resolved itself! perhaps a stray drop of ink?
Anyway I LOVE this system and I'm ecstatic with its performance. Installation
was fairly easy and the system was up an running in a few minutes right out of
the box. I'm also very impressed with your service! two days from the time I
ordered its was in my hands and running on my wide format printer! I'm certainly
going to order another for my backup printer and when the time comes a new
supply of ink. The cost of the system was an amazing bonus to the whole package.
About the same as a set of OEM cartridges which the last of which lasted me less
than two days.

Hi Tom,
It's been a couple of months now since I took delivery of
your CIS system for my HP Officejet Pro 8500A 910 Premium
printer, and I thought it was time to send you a little
feedback.
The system works beautifully! Installation was a snap, and
the print quality is excellent! I watched the air bubbles
on top of the ink reservoirs for quite some time before they
began to grow larger, and first I was concerned that perhaps
ink was not flowing to the cartridges, but eventually the
bubbles grew in size, and I knew there was no problem. The
other day I got the first message from the printer that
there was a problem with a cartridge. Your instructions
said to look forward to such messages, and to simply press
"OK" and continue working, and that's exactly what I did.
Thank you for marketing this excellent system. I've already
shown it to several friends and relatives.

I just installed the new CIS I received for my Epson NX200. It took
me about 45 minutes from start to finish and it works great. This is
the first time the software shows full cartridges! Originals and the
refillables I have had always showed about half full after charging.
One little point to add to instructions if you see fit. I had to use
the third hose holder to keep the hoses in line and and to stop the
hoses from getting caught up in the carriage. I stuck the third
holder on the left side of the carriage on the outside to help hold
the hoses in place. So the hoses now loop over the left top of the
carriage and then into the holder before looping over to the holder
that I placed 3 1/4 inches from the right per the instructions. This
arrangement seems to work great. Thanks for a great product at a

Tom, I initially had a question about the chips and how they needed
to attach to the new cartridges. Saw that they retained enough
adhesive for the transfer. I took my time doing that to make sure
everything was spot on. Then, I pulled my printhead on the HP6500 as
it hasn't been used for several months (6+!!) and gave it some
isopropanol "therapy". Flushed it out pretty thoroughly over 20
minutes or so, absorbed the excess after watching the head flow
freely, popped it back in the printer, installed your cartridges -
no print ;-( ran a nozzle check - nothing. ran a single cleaning
cycle and started to get a bit of color. Printed of 2 full page
cartoon images that started out really streaky, but finished the
second page in full vivid color. Then, ran a printer head alignment
and a print quality diagnostic report... Outstanding! Great product,
great instructions, no mess ( I was very careful in keeping towels
around and under things) and beautiful prints. I used to refill my
Canon Pixma IP5000 with an aftermarket ink purchased on eBay, and
have to say that your ink is quite an improvement in color accuracy
over the other supplier. Again, great product and great service!

I have an HP Photosmart C4780 and purchased the CISS in April. It
installed without a hitch. I did have to clean the print heads about
5 times to get the color right, but after that, it has printed
perfectly without any problems. I can't tell you how wonderful it is
to print without worry of running out! This system is worth every
penny and I have been telling everyone about it!!

On 02/27/11 I purchased a continuous ink system for my HP Photosmart
C4780 printer. It arrived fully assembled and filled and I installed
it in my printer. I ran it and it works wonderfully. I finally had
to refill the black ink and I followed your directions and did not

Dear Ink Products, your refill system rocks! We are well over 20,000
pages printed with it and the system has worked flawlessly! Have a
question our black printhead is giving up the ghost, in this printer
(HP Officejet 7000) is the cartridge the printhead? If so can we
order a empty set? We still have plenty of ink from one of our last
orders. If the printer is dead I want to go purchase another inkjet
where we could use your product, my question is if there is
something else that is better since ours came out, looking for a
high production color inkjet which can do 11x17?

I just wanted to thank you for a truly great product! A friend told
me about the ciss system during a discussion about ink costs and
where he bought his unit. I decided to give it a try and WOW! My
wife is a professional photographer and she really hated to send out
for prints but printing at home was to expensive. Also a lot of
times a photo looks good on the computer screen but it does not look
good printed. Well, now she is printing tons of pics. The printer
has been steadily printing out 8x10s for three days. She averaged 22
8x10s per set of factory inks before. Now she has printed over 100
photos (all 8x10s) and has used less than 1/4 volume per tank! What
a HUGE savings! With the different color tanks now she can order the
colors as she runs low. She is already planning her first ink order.
Small bottles for the colors she uses the least and larger bottles
for the coors she is using at a higher rate. We are just so
impressed with this product and your company that we are telling
anyone that will listen about inkproducts.com and the HP Photosmart

I came across inkproducts.com several years ago. My Epson printer
head was clogged, and I had gone through at least three sets of
cartridges trying to clear it. At $60 per set of cartridges it added

With a little work I was able to install without much
problem.....your color photo guides as to: how to : were great,
Chips and install worked easier than expected..........
My problem: Since installation and
" during " installation...I noted much more diffuculty when
insertint the small black ink cartridge.
BASICALLY......it did not " CLICK " in
as all the other cartridges
Needless ..... I as others probably have
had received ......." the CARTRIDGE(s) ERROR " message. I have NO
problem with cartridges errors.......
I do however have a problem with
(1) Black small Cartridge error !!!!
It is forever and more.......I have
redone all...reset all....replaced all chip inc,
BUT still have bad functioning ...small

It is obvious that it is the cartridge

Tom,
I finally got a chance to install the CIS in my Canon MP980 this past
weekend. I can honestly say that I have discovered a new "freedom" in
that I don't have to restrict myself from using the printer due to the
cost of ink. If you read consumer reviews about the Canon MP980 you
will see that most owners hate the fact that this machine consumes ink
cartridges at an unexplainable level. The print quality of the MP980 is
great, but when you pay $15 for a thimble's amount of ink...it gets old
and expensive quick. Thanks for putting this kit together for me!
FYI. I printed off two copies of the same photo, one with Canon ink and
the other with your ink, my wife and I and two of my co-workers all
picked your ink as being more "vivid". I'm very satisfied.
I also made a slight modification to the install instructions, see
attached picture.

extra mile to help me.
Everything seems to be working fine except for the hose bracket keeps
falling off since I had repositioned it when I was first trying to get
things going and it lost it's "stickyness". Could you please send me
another hose bracket or at least the glue type stuff that is used to
stick them on? I purchased mounting tabs at Home Depot, but they do not
seem to have as much adhesion power.

Wow! I was very impressed with how easy
it was to fill the Epson Cartridges and how well they have performed
thus far. Recognized by the printer quickly and charged for easy
printing. I was looking at spending $60-$80 for one set of
cartridges not including the black. I will get 5 refills from this
package at a tremendous savings. I have tried after market cartridge
ink and its performance is usually adequate to poor, plus the
pricing is not that much better. I will follow-up again when it is
time to change the cartridge and report on my printers performance.

I installed the new CIS in my 309g,
and had to run it through several head cleaning cycles to
finally get the new ink to disolve the garbage ink that I bought
off Ebay, and it dried up and clogged the head. Now it is
working again, and after doing alignment, the photos, and prints
are coming out great. I really like this new system so far. I'll
recommend it to every one of my friends. For the price of one
set of 564XL cartridges, one get a whole CIS prefilled system.
Hard to beat that. Anyway, thanks for the help, and I assume I
can buy bottles of ink off your website for refilling whenever I

The CISS for my HP C310A Photosmart
All-in-one printer works great. Check out this math: Printer at
Costco, $100 on special. Spare 564XL cartridges $101 on special too.
Reg. $125 Inkproducts CISS system $90. Returned my spare ink
cartridges to Costco -$107 (includes tax). Initial total savings $17
($107 - $90) Figure the CISS ink will last for about the equivalent
of ten HP 564XL spare sets of ink cartridges or $1070.00 (on
special). If I subtract the cost of the CISS you guys have saved me
about $1000. I get a big kick every time the HP ink monitoring
system realizes that it couldn't have printed 'that many' pages and
gives me a 'lecture' about refilling. When you realize that the
entire printer costs is less than replacing the cartridges once, and
the cost of the printer is insignificant when compared the savings
from the first batch of ink in the CISS, then you know this is the

restores my faith in Companies such as yours, it literally
and actually brought tears to my eyes. It made my 27 years in
the service thru WWII, Korean, Vietnam and Laos with three
wounds in combat all worthwhile. I've never been better treated

I just thought this might be interesting..perhaps useful?
I bought your (sku) 26232 for my HP Photosm Prem c410a (uses
564 carts)
Instead of having the lid slightly lifted with thick black tape on
right
underside:
Its simple to just unscrew (one screw) the grey right-hand handle
with a T8
Torx screwdriver: lid can close properly and the ink hose will have
clear
passage...
The CIS works beautifully, I'm *very* happy with
it.

I received the replacement
magenta cartridge yesterday and installed it today.
At first I still continued to receive the same message informing me
the magenta
cartridge needed replacing and the printer would not print. I
found it
necessary to install an ink override spacer in the magenta
cartridge. It works
fine now.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOOO MUCH. I received my inks
on August 25 and practically grabbed them from my mailman's hands
hahaha (he knew I was sitting on pins and needles hopeing this would
work) because if not I was ready to throw the my printers and
workforce 600 in the trash. But it worked I am sooooooo happpy you
just dont know I thought the printer was broke I kept buying over
and over the Epson brand 69 inks for the workforce 600 and actually
after the cartridge would charge and take about 5 pictures it said
it was out of ink... So I just gave up and let it sit there for
months. But I had pictures of so very beautiful flowers that I
needed to print out and so I got online around 2am and said I would
search and search and I found you, Ink Products Inc. did I say thank
you yet or enough huh really did I thank you so much I have all my
pictures printed in my now new and fancy garden scrap book that
everyone is drueling and going ga ga over, they can't believe how
beautiful the pictures are and the ink's color are soooooooo vivid
and vibrant.
Again thank you soooooooooooooo much, You gotta new customer here,oh
wait I can pull out from the closet my Epson Stlus Photo R300 and
buy inks for it tooooooooooooo wooooo hooooooo I think I'm in heaven
again letting my creative side come back alive with all my digital

We recently purchased the continuous ink supply for the Epson
Artison 810. We often print excessive amounts of brochures for
expo's and trade shows, which I've been doing all day for a week
since receiving the system. I had my doubts, but this system paid
for itself in two days. The quality is comparable or better than
epson cartridges. I had to laugh when my printer said I was low on
ink, and I just pushed a button to reset. The upward of 2000 flyers
I've printed would have cost my boss hundreds, so I was credited for
saving so much money. I didn't like removing plastic from the
printer, but even if I had to replace it; It was cost effective.

Great news! Your Epson pigment inks are
super for heat press
applications! Attached is an image file of our second press test. I
set it up in three rows of four blocks, each with no other ink than
that
which is in the cartridge (ex. 100% Cyan, 100% Yellow, 100% Magenta,
100% Black). Your yellow actually outperforms the stuff we were
using
from XXXXJet USA. Here's my observations:
Using:
Transfer Paper: Neenah JetPro Soft Stretch #9811PO for light
garments
Printer: Epson CX7400 w 69 series ink
Shirt: Port & Company PC61 6.1oz. heavyweight 100% cotton t-shirt
Press: 15"x15" comercial heat press, set at 375 degrees (not 400
like
on sample transfer) for 45 seconds, medium to heavy pressure.
INK SET O:
-produced the brightest and truest colors overall for light garment
ink
transfers
-no discoloration on the yellow
-much better saturation than other inks
INK SET I:
-colors are not quite as vibrant as set O, but much better than
competitor's ink
-no discoloration on the yellow
-would prefer this ink for opaque transfers (for dark garments) as
it
dries slower, leaving more true color on top of page longer than set
O.
After I switched back to my CIS from XXXXXjet USA, I spent the next
3-4
hours trying to get their cyan to work right. Cleaning after
cleaning
resulted in using two cartridges work of magenta, one of cyan and
one of
yellow. Finally got it enough that I could print the test, but still
not good enough for our custom shirts that are backing up on me.
Your cartridges, however, worked perfectly after two cleanings.
Guess I
have some issue with the flow of the cyan ink in their CIS. So, I
will
most likely be ordering a new CIS from you soon.

I received my system today,
I have to tell you at first I thought it should be bigger. I guess I
don't recall the comparison from the site,
however, after realizing how much int is really in them and that it
won't take up much room where I NEED to put it, I thought it was
great.
Your instructions were fantastic, my 16 year old son read them at
one point and thought your statement about common sence was
absolutely great!!
I am pretty savy when it comes to stuff like this, but I have to
tell you I did have to think just a bit on how I was going to attach
the chip to the etched square. Unless I did something wrong, the
removal process damages the adhesive currently on the chip too much
to use again. I chose to you double sided tape, however, even my son
said "watch the thickness of that tape will screw things up.
I am not sure if that was what is expected to be used, I would
suggest a bit more clarification on that, as I do not see any
reference to that on my instructions.
I have only begun to use this system but from what I have already
experienced (and trust me I have refilled MORE than my share of
cartridges, this is already a thousand times better. My system only
gave me a notice of using a counterfit cartridge and that was it.
not other warnings, error messages or issues, I aligned the
cartridges and so far so good.

by step instructions.
I am simply thrilled with how quickly I received it, and looking
forward to the simplicity of this system. I can't imagine at this
stage that it can possibly be any worse than what I have experienced

Placed the order just over a week ago,
for a CIS for my HP OfficeJet 6500. Order went smoothly, product
arrived quickly. No trouble installing the product, and very
satisfied with the print quality of over 100 full 8 1/2 x 11 pages
of photos. Needless to say, according to the chips, that were on the
"starter cartridges", ALL 4 of them read totally depleted, yet the
printer still prints the photos perfectly fine. (I already used
about 3/4 of the original ink when this system arrived, and had not
bought any spare cartridges.)

From 4/6 to 4/9 -- How do you guys do
that? I received my cartridges and chip resetter about two hours ago
and already have a complete set of cartridges ready to install. I
have also reset the chips on the cartridges in the printer that were
showing error messages (that I refilled before using an old HP
refill system and HP ink). This solution is so easy, so cheap and so
elegant! If you ever figure out how to mount a continuous-feed
system in the tiny iP4200 I'll buy that, too.

Installed your CIS on my HP6500 - this
is probably one of the best innovations since inkjets were invented.
I do a lot of printing (photography) and this system has finally let
me break free of the stranglehold that HP has on its' printer ink.

I recently received your CIS for my
HP6500 and I can't say enough about it. I am impressed with the
thought and engineering behind this product. Prior to purchasing I
had researched a number of different manufacturers of CIS systems
and am very glad I chose yours. I do have a suggestion that you
might want to consider. The instructions are very clear about
keeping the tanks level with the bottom of the printer. To
facilitate this requirement as well as ensuring that they don't tip
over, I applied to small squares of velcro to the back & secured to
the side of the printer. I also used a flat ribbon cable fastener to
keep the ink tubes neat and prevent them from being snagged by
something else on the desk. Thanks for a great product.

I recently got a continuous ink system
from inkproducts.com. The ink prints just as nicely as HP’s own, and

Over-all GOOD I had to call #2 times
with questions . . . both people very helpful. Thanks for solving
the "ink monopoly" bull with my model Epson. Have not heard the
phrase "Busy as a cat on a tin roof." in a long time. Ha .. loved

I added some very thin foam (auto
headliner material, actually) to the lid above the
print head. This prevents the ink lines from slapping the printer
lid so all is
well.
I've printed that picture (mentioned in my original email) on a few
different
printers - the green always appears oversaturated. I'm beginning to
suspect that my
monitor is not capable of correctly displaying the color. I took the
picture
several years ago and I do not recall what the true color was.
Anyway, I'm very happy with the CIS and the prints I've compared
between the
original HP ink and your ink are identical to my eyes.

very skeptical about installation and also quality of the ink.
Everything works great, installation was not quite as complicated as
I thought and the quality of the ink is really great. I'm a
photographer and have high expectations of my prints and I don't see
any difference to the original ink which costs 10 times as much.

I was also very skeptical about their
large capacity ink tank that uses tubes to feel the printing head.
It sounds like a cool idea, though so I gave it a try. Two sets of
original ink cartridges cost as much as the entire kit from The Ink
Place.
My order was processed quickly and the packaging was great. The
product itself comes with very detailed instructions. Installing
these systems does take a some skill and yes you will get a little
bit of ink on your fingers. If you follow their instructions it
works very well though! Much better than I thought!
The amount of ink is 10-20 times of the original cartridges so
you'll save a lot of money over time. Of course this only makes
sense if you actually print a lot.
My next big concern was the quality of the ink. I've had bad
experiences with other low cost ink refillers so I was especially
worried about the quality of photo prints. I did several test on
different paper types and I have to admit I'm very pleased with the
quality of the prints, the colors & the detail. These inks are
definitely up to the same standard as the original ink from HP.
There is no shift in colors, no bleeding ink, even finest detail
shows up in my prints.
So far I have not found any disadvantage over using original inks.
None of my initial concerns turned out to be true. I highly
recommend their products if you need to print a lot but want to keep
cost reasonable.
I have to admit I was a little skeptical based on a couple of
reviews. I looked at a lot of other products and was convinced this
was worth a shot. This has to be one of the best purchases I,ve ever
made online. I bought the refillable cartridges for my Epson Artisan
800. I have a very critical project but was running over cost using
Epson Cartridges. These worked perfectly and saving me a bunch. So
well in fact that I deviated from the clear directions and pulled
out the cartridges early to see if it was showing the right amount
of ink. I called the company and got a very pleasant person that
helped me right away. I look forward to dealing with them again.

Fantastic! I ordered the
HP-Officejet-Pro-8000-Officejet-Pro-8500-Quick Fill Station. The
first set of tanks had a problem, but were replaced immediately with
full apologies. This fill station is the best thing since pop corn,
and the seller was great in their assistance. Will order again from
this company.

I am happy to report that switching your inks into the refillable
cartridges I am using seems to have done the trick! The more I use
them, the better the print gets. This should get me through moving
into my new house where I can then set up the C.I.S. And the color
quality of your inks is SO much better than the cheap stuff we had
on hand from a few years ago. The black is crisp even on inferior
paper.

FYI I bought 5 refillable cartridges from you and installed them
into my Canon MP620, after filling them. My ink monitor shows full
on all and the red LED's are lit for each. This is what I look for.
A couple of weeks ago, I bought 5 cartridges from a West Coast
outfit called ****.com. They have chips on them. I refilled all of
them and my ink monitor showed all of them empty. They told me the
chips would show full. Then they told me the chips have no purpose
and I must disable them. This story is getting dumber. They admit
the chips will not reset when filling. They instructed me to disable
the chips to disable the ink level monitoring altogether. I am
keeping their Customer Service e-mails for future use. I have
learned a lesson....don't deal with idiots. This person named Ronit
works for *****. He cannot read. Your product is working fine....I
just wish I had got your cartridges earlier. Robert

Rock on, Ink Products! I purchased a CIS
for my HP O2 system (HP Photosmart 5100 series) and am amazed that
it works as beautifully as the original O1 cartridges from HP. After
installing the system and starting the printer it reported that HP
genuine ink cartridges were installed! I was surprised since
obviously they are not, but you can't tell that from the results. I
am printing 5x7 portraits that have no artifacts or blank spots.
They look identical to the prints that Herff Jones sold me for my
High School sons. I also appreciate that these are not China
products. I have been so often disappointed by what appeared to be a
decent product made in China only to have it fall apart or fail in
function in some unexpected way. Hats off to you, folks! Thank you!

I recently ordered a quick fill station
for my Epson Artisan 800 printer. At first, I was a little concerned
when I read some of the reviews, but, after calling the company,
inkproducts.com, I was relieved to learn that not only did they
answer the phone and explain everything about their product, they
also mentioned they have been in business for ten years. My products
arrived and along with their directions I was able to set it up and
start printing. I must tell all of you that the picture quality was
incredible!! Hats off to this company. They make it affordable to
print and enjoy your photos and I might add, it is very inexpensive

am glad I did not let a negative comment keep me from ordering this

Thank you for your advice. It worked... hurray! After the cartridge
I bought
at the store was used up I put the one from you back in... I
neglected to
unplug the little hole and discovered that about 50 pages had
printed
without black... obviously once the vacuum got too strong.
It took me a little while to figure it out, but I did and it's
working great
now.
I will recommend this product to anyone who will listen! It's
fabulous.
I love that you can see how much ink there is without opening the
hatch.
I do have one suggestion, though. The little jigger on the blue
cartridge
really didn't work. It was the wrong shape and size, and not aligned
with
the hole correctly. It actually made the cartridge not fit for me.
What I
did is I cut out a piece of firm, thick cardboard to match the
jigger that's
on the door and I just poke that in. So my suggestion is that there
be a
separate plastic jigger that can be slid in and out of the opening
when you
need to tell the printer that there really is ink in the cartridge.
Other than that, it's an excellent product and I'm grateful that you
provide
it. I look forward to doing business with you in the future.

Hey Tom. Thanks for telling me that. I
had my suspicion that you couldn't reset
until the printer says you are out of
ink in one or more cartridges. By the way, just before I ordered the
refill kit from you I had a chance to talk with the owner on the
phone about your company Vs. the others online. Tell him I'm really
glad he gave me the whole
story about your company making me
decide to buy my 1st refill cartridges and ink
from you. I had made some 4x6 photos
using the original ink cartridges that came with the Artisan 800.
They looked fantastic, really lab quality.
Then I made some of the same photos
using your refillable cartridges and ink. I saw
absolutely no difference in color or
definition quality using the Epson 4x6 sample sheets or Costco's
photo paper. I also made an 8x10 on Epson
Semi Gloss paper of our dear pet Shayna
who we had to put to sleep last week. I put
her 8x10 photo into a nice picture frame
on top of my piano. It just looks so good. You bet I'll keep buying
my ink from you people. I've
already been telling my friends about
your business. If I have something krappy to
say about a business I say it. On the
other hand I give credit where credit is due! Again, I'm very glad I
found out about your company and thankful your owner talked with me

Hey, this isn't a question or request
for help, but I still feel like I should send some good words your
way. I just received my CIS for my HP D5460 the other day after it
was shipped out on Monday (Got it in TWO DAYS! Fast shipping). I
finally got around to sitting down installing it last night. I will
admit that at first I was skeptical about how the quality of the ink
would be from the system, so I took it upon myself to print out a
few photo paper test images with the original inks, and then install
the system. Not only did the ink from the CIS match the quality of
the original HP inks, it seems to have EXCEEDED it in richness of
color and clarity. While the install might be a bit daunting for
some with little technical knowledge, it was a complete breeze to me
with the included instructions. I wanted to say thanks in a big way,
and you can expect me to be returning soon to buy some refill ink
for the system, I'm working on printing up around 400 CDs, CD Trays
and single page booklets. Once again, AMAZING product!

business and ordered a set of refillable carts for it at the same
time. My only concern was the R280's reputation for not recognizing
factory carts, but I needed to use different ink than Epson
provides. Filled the cartridges, installed, and powered up the
printer for the first time. The printer initialized and started up
with no problems and was used for a couple hours straight. Thank you
for making the alternate carts available for my use.

Hello, I just received my Epson Artisan
Quick Refill kit. I installed it and I must say the quality of your
inks is absolutely lovely. So far everything went off without a
hitch. The only thing I have yet to do is to refill eventually. I
read the instructions and if I am correct I just unplug the refill
rubber stoppers, and use the 3ml refill needles with the Quick Fill
plastic white things to refill each cartridge. Now I wanted to ask
you how many ml each cartridge holds as I see the needle is a 3ml
needle. So I was wondering what an average refill for an empty
Artisan cartridge is. And also, do I ever need to put the air
stoppers back in? Whether it be for refilling or anytime? Sorry for
all the questions, but thank you for an amazing product that is sure
to save me hundreds of dollars if not thousands.

Recently purchased refillable cartridges

I ordered the bulk ink kit for my Epson CX7450.. I read some of the
ratings on reseller reviews and was slightly concerned, but read the
google ratings and they were great, so I ordered.
Yeah, the documentation could be a little bit better, but overall...
We're all tickled pink with the quality of the kit and the quality
of the prints we're getting. This is clearly a top-notch product,
and makes me really glad that I didn't buy one of those cheaper kits
on eBay.
Shipping was prompt, I got a tracking number I think the next day...
overall, it was a really great experience.

I have been dealing with the Ink Place
for more than eight years and never had a problem that wasn’t taken
care of immediately. Each problem turned out to be caused by me.
I have installed and used his products on printers as far back as
the old HP 1200 series, the Cannon 3000 series and presently the
Epson 1800 wide carriage. I had a problem with the colors, all out
of sort and incorrect, after checking with Mr. Walsh I found that I
had obtained some low grade paper. After changing to my regular
paper all was fine again. Then I let the printer set for five weeks
while I went on vacation. Upon return I found the printer to be all
out sorts. Again with the help of Mr. Walsh I found out how to clean
the Print heads and after a few print outs the printer was back in
business again I have since made a color print templet which I print
every day or two. I do desktop printing including graphics and photo
up to and including 13 x 19. With a good graphic or photo to start
with you can’t tell the printout from a photo lab copy.
I have installed his systems on more than a half dozen friends
printers as well a three Epson 220's for my three grown children.
All are well satisfied with there operation. Some of my friends have
updated there printers and installed new systems themselves.
I agree trying to get Mr. Walsh on the phone may take more than one
call as he is a very busy man but when you do get him he never
hurries you and takes all the time necessary to solve your problem.
I have observed Mr. Walsh at computer shows from Fort Lauderdale to
Jacksonville Fl. When people bring there problems to him he fixes
them in minutes and always give the opportunity for a complete
refund. Never have I seen a refund accepted, There is no way this
man can be considered a con=artist
I am proud and honored to have Mr Walsh as a business acquaintance.

I have been using refill kits on Epson and Cannon printers from The
Ink Place for over five years. If you follow the directions, you
will not have any problems with these kits. On 9/15/2007,I purchased
the Epson R260 printer with the auto refill system installed on it.
I took it home and hooked up the cables and installed the drivers
and that was it. The printer worked with no problems right out of
the box. It prints great photos with excellent colors.
You cannot realize my surprise when I got home from work yesterday
and found the printer and ink I had ordered. I want to thank you for
the prompt service to both my printer needs and you explaining
everything to me. I will continue to support you and your products.
I cannot think you enough; you have made this transition from HP to
Epson very easy. I will be setting the printer up today and I know
from the information provided that I will have no problem. I would
like to say another satisfied customer but I am a
still satisfied customer. I am on my forth system, 2 for the Canon
IP300, 1
for HP K5400 and now the Epson. When time comes that this system has
played out, you can bet I will be calling for another one. Thank you
for all the time you spent explaining everything to me, I know you
are busy and I truly appreciate you helping me out of a bind.

I have done business with Inkproducts.com people for the last 10
years
maybe more. I have nothing but good relations with them.
During that time I have bought 5 printers and 4 stay-full systems
from Inkproducts.com. I do printing of pictures for people and have
had good success with the products that I have received from
Inkproducts.com
I but ink for my printers at least 4 times a year and photo paper
by the case. No problem with ordering from Inkproducts.com.
A problem "yes" but a quick call to Inkproducts.com and Harold has
you back and running the way it should be or what you need to do to
fix
it. Most all of the problems turned out to be my own mistakes.
Where I didn't follow the instructions the way I should have.
I have never found Inkproducts.com or their people to do anything
dishonest or cheat people out of anything to do with the business.
They have been in the business a long time and to remain in the
business
for a long time you can't be cheating people. They just wouldn't
last.
I have had excellent service from this
site. I order 6-8 times a year for replacement ink cartridges for 3
printers at work, and also a couple of times a year for 2 home
printers. I've contacted customer service by email and phone, and
ALWAYS received friendly, helpful service. They've replaced faulty
cartridges with no questions asked (2 out of more than 100 ordered),
and they've put together special combination packs for me(instead of
a 3/3 six-pack of two colors, I frequently ask for 4 of one and 2 of
another) with no problems. What more can I say? I order from a lot
of internet-based companies, and this has consistently been one of
the best.
I teach a photo class and have been on
the Board of Directors at our 200+ member computer club in Port St.
Lucie, FL. I have used the system and ink, for the last 9 yrs. I do
a lot of print outs for my classes and will swear I have not had one
problem with the system or the people at the Ink Place.com. I have
invited Harold to our club for a presentation at our monthly
meeting. Many in our club now use his products and will attest to
his honesty and product satisfaction. At present I use his System on
my two printers. One being an Epson R 220 and the other a Cannon IP
3000. I have had very few problems with either and with keeping the
bottles fill as directed do not expect any. In reading over the
other comments, I find it hard to believe anyone could call Harold
