Shipping Policy
The United States Postal Service is our primary delivery partner. The choice of carrier is made based on the size, weight and delivery type of your particular order.
All orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will be delivered by the US Postal Service and may take up to 2 days longer.
If you provide a valid e-mail address while ordering and ensure that email from inkproducts.com is not blocked by your e-mail filters, an e-mail confirmation with tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has been shipped.
Shipping charges on refunds/exchanges
If you are charged shipping on your original order then this shipping charge cannot be refunded. In no instance will shipping be refunded.
If you are not charged shipping on your original order then a shipping and handling fee will be assessed on all store credits or refunds.
When returning an item to Inkproducts.com we are not responsible for product making it back to our warehouse. It would be up to you as a consumer to place any desired insurance on items being shipped back to our warehouse. If there is no tracking number placed on return product and item does not make it back to our warehouse, Inkproducts.com cannot be held liable for lost product.
