30-Day Limited Warranty

InkProducts Inc. provides a 30-day limited warranty from the original date of purchase on all eligible products against defects in materials or workmanship.

If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, InkProducts Inc. will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective item with the same or equivalent product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, modification, abuse, or normal wear.

Because many of our products depend on the condition of the customer’s printer, cartridge, or equipment, InkProducts Inc. cannot guarantee performance if the printer, cartridge, or printhead was already defective, clogged, damaged, or improperly maintained prior to use.

Our refill products are intended for fully functional cartridges and printers only. Refilling a cartridge that has been left empty for an extended period or that is already printing poorly may not restore performance.

Product videos, labels, packaging, and kit components are for illustration purposes only and may change without notice.


Return Policy

All returns require prior authorization from InkProducts Inc. and are subject to the conditions below.

All return requests must be made within 10 days of delivery, and all approved returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date. No refunds or exchanges will be issued after 30 days.

All approved returns may be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

Refunds will be issued only after the returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and approved. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened ink, ink refill kits, or ink systems
  • Any item that has been used, installed, filled, altered, modified, or tampered with
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Items returned without original accessories, manuals, or parts
  • Products returned damaged, leaking, incomplete, or in non-resalable condition

Any returned item showing signs of misuse, abuse, alteration, missing contents, or damage may be denied for refund or may qualify only for a partial refund at the sole discretion of InkProducts Inc.


Defective Products

Products determined to be defective within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced with the same or equivalent item after inspection and approval.

InkProducts Inc. reserves the right to test returned merchandise before authorizing a replacement or refund.


Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before returning any item.

To request an RMA, the customer must contact InkProducts Inc. within 10 days of delivery.

The issued RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package. Returns received without a valid RMA number may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.


Shipping Charges

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs for exchanged items

If an order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by InkProducts Inc. will be deducted from the refund amount.

Packages sent freight collect or without postage will be refused.

InkProducts Inc. is not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged in transit. Customers are strongly encouraged to use a trackable shipping service and retain tracking information.


Failed Delivery / Returned Shipments

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a shipment is returned to InkProducts Inc. due to an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery attempts, or inability of the carrier to deliver, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping charges.

If the customer cancels an unopened returned shipment, a refund may be issued less:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping charges
  • Applicable restocking fees

Condition of Equipment Disclaimer

Many InkProducts Inc. products rely on the customer’s existing printer, cartridge, printhead, or related equipment being in good working condition.

InkProducts Inc. is not responsible for printer performance issues caused by pre-existing clogged nozzles, worn printheads, defective cartridges, dried ink systems, or improper maintenance.

Customers are advised to verify that their equipment is functioning properly before installing or using refill products.


Limitation of Liability

InkProducts Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use any product sold, including but not limited to printer damage, loss of profit, loss of use, or loss of data.

The customer’s sole remedy shall be limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product at InkProducts Inc.’s sole discretion.


Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with InkProducts Inc., the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Warranty, Return Policy, and Terms & Conditions, including all restocking fees, shipping charges, and return limitations.

These terms apply to all orders without exception.

Gift certificates
