* Customer must refill the original HP cartridges. The ink level will not reset to full but you can still print. The cartridge should only be refilled when it shows depleted and not before.
** You must have 2 sets of HP 962 cartridges. They can be the starter cartridges and the standard cartridges or XL. *** Before refilling the cartridge it must show depleted!!
