What is Subli-Film?
Subli-Film is a specialized transparent sublimation film that allows sublimation printing on a much wider range of materials than traditional sublimation methods. Unlike standard sublimation, which only works on white polyester, Subli-Film uses an adhesive powder to transfer the printed design to various fabric types.
Once printed with sublimation ink, the film is coated with adhesive powder, heat-cured, and then pressed onto the fabric. This enables printing on cotton, nylon, treated leather, polyester, and 50/50 blends, as well as light-colored fabrics—something standard sublimation cannot achieve on its own.
